Stephanie Howard began her academic journey in audiology at East Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She went on to complete her Master of Arts degree in Audiology at the University of Tennessee–Knoxville.

Prior to joining MAICO in April 2019, she spent decades working alongside ENT physicians as a clinical audiologist, where she specialized in diagnostic hearing evaluations and advanced hearing aid fittings for infants, children, and adults.
